Refined through seven years of development in New Zealand, BodyPUMP offers a variation to traditional aerobic workouts, creating a simple yet challenging routine.

Suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels

Participants take hold of a specially designed barbell system with adjustable weights. This resistance training is pre-choreographed and done to highly motivating music in an open class setting. The instructor is your very own personal trainer. It's the weight workout women enjoy most.

Reverse the aging process

Studies have proven that after a few months of participation, women's bodies actually start to reverse the aging process, and appear more youthful, toned,and lean. After 12 short weeks, a six pound increase in lean body mass can be achieved. An increase in lean body mass increases metabolism, allowing the body to burn more calories at rest. BodyPUMP is also key in reducing the risk of osteoporosis and bone density loss, while increasing energy levels.

Results and safety

All Just Ladies Fitness BodyPUMP instructors undergo extensive training, attending a three-day seminar and ongoing workshops and video assessments. Six weeks are devoted to perfecting technique and alignment. This rigorous training and certification process ensures the participants results and safety.
