Just Ladies Fitness progressive and dynamic group fitness program has a wide and diverse range of classes for every interest and fitness level.The amount of classes and time slots give you more options and flexibility to help you make fitness a regular part of your lifestyle. In addition Just Ladies fitness makes a commitment to offering you our valued member the latest in group fitness workouts trends. This year we are excited to be offering core conditioning classes, focusing on helping you build a healthy back and abdominal area, fitstart an easy introduction to group fitness classes and also the addition of our PERSONAL CHOICE programs which include various different formats such as Indian Dance Explosion, Pilates level 2, Hip Hop and Jazz. Note: All of our Group Fitness Classes are conducted on the Bio-Cushion® flooring system, exclusive to Just Ladies Fitness locations in the province of British Columbia.
The Bio-Cushion® system is a true bio-mechanical breakthrough. It's a stable yet compliant maple strip system, is specially designed to reduce the potential for injuries to knees, ankles and all affected joints. Working out on our floors offers the best support of any club in the province, bar none.
