STEP 1
|
For the beginner stepper, new exerciser or rehab client. This class will start you off with basic stepping components followed by muscular conditioning and a stretch.

As an intermediate stepper, this class will take you to the next level of step choreography. Somewhat challenging, yet doable - - this class is just for you.

STEP 3
|
Love choreographed step classes? This advanced step workout will get you into the groove with moves that take you both on and off the step. Step it up a notch with Step 3!

STEP & STRENGTH
|
The perfect combination of athletic step and muscle conditioning. Alternate between 5-7 minutes of stepping followed by 3 minutes of combination muscle work. Complete the workout with abdominal exercises and a stretch.

CARDIO COMBO

The ultimate cardio conditioning combination class! 20 minutes of step work is followed by 10 minutes of high/low power moves on the floor. Complete the workout with muscle conditioning and core stability focus.

CARDIO CIRCUIT

Mix up your workout with a cardio circuit class. Each 30 – 60 second station is taught using a variety of equipment that focuses on cardiovascular training, muscle conditioning and abdominal work.

Cardio Fit 1 and 2 are low impact aerobic cardio classes geared toward the beginner/intermediate participant. A perfect starting point for any non-step exerciser.
