All Just Ladies Fitness locations have a Kidz Klub where our friendly qualified chidcare attendants can care for your child in a clean and safe enviroment while you enjoy your workout.

All children are carefully monitored while encouraged to have fun either playing or working on activities. While working out you can also unobstrusively check on your little ones, at any time, through a security video monitoring system.

Just Ladies Fitness understands that finding time for a workout for yourself can be tough with little ones to look after. For this reason we are pleased to offer this service, but we do ask that you familarize yourself with our general policies regarding the Kidz Klub before using this service.
