Spinning combines low impact workouts, aerobic training and full body conditioning in a motivating and challenging atmosphere.

Which muscles will I use in the workouts?

  • Chest, back, shoulders, abdominals, gluteals, quadriceps, hamstrings, inner thighs and arms.
    It is a full body workout!

Who is Spinning for?

  • Everyone, we offer a variety of class formats which meet different intensity levels.

Do I have to be an experienced cyclist?

  • No, just be ready to be challenged and work hard, and have some fun!

Do I have to like aerobic-style classes?

  • No, while Spinning is accompanied by music and the atmosphere is small and enjoyable, no complex coordination is required.

What should I wear?

  • Light comfortable workout wear and athletic shoes. Be sure to have a small towel with you, you will be glad you did.  Spinning is a fantastic form of aerobic training that gives fantastic results.
